Background

Founded in March 2009, the Vietnamese American National Chamber of Commerce (VietAmCham) aims to support and empower Vietnamese American businesses across the country by:

  • Forming a national voice and business network;
  • Providing useful information, resources, and support services to community businesses as well as to companies wanting to penetrate the Vietnamese American market;
  • Providing issue advocacy at state and federal levels

 

Some of our plans for the year ahead include the strengthening of business practices through training in and promotion of:

  • Social entrepreneurship
  • Effective and transparent business planning, development, and management
  • Cutting edge marketing strategies
  • Government Contracting
  • Access to capital

 

By focusing on critical needs of Vietnamese American business owners, VietAmCham empowers community businesses to compete in the global economy successfully.
